the car are all micro-motors. Micro-motors have low requirements on magnetism.
At present, ferrite is the main one. However, the efficiency of motors using
NdFeB is increased by 8-50%. The power consumption is reduced by 10% and the
weight is reduced by more than 50%, which has become the development trend of
micro motors in the future.
For
example, various sensors on cars are a scene where NdFeB permanent magnets are
applied to new energy vehicles. The sensors that use permanent magnets mainly
include: distance sensors, brake sensors, seat belt sensors, etc. They mainly
use Hall sensors. In Hall sensors, permanent magnets are used to generate
magnetic fields to make Hall elements generate offset currents, thereby
generating electromotive force, with the miniaturization and integration of
Hall sensor development, the selection of permanent magnets tends to use NdFeB
permanent magnets with good magnetic properties and small size.
Car
speakers are also another scene where NdFeB permanent magnets are applied to
new energy vehicles. The performance of permanent magnets has a direct impact
on the sound quality of speakers. The higher the magnetic flux density of
permanent magnets, the higher the sensitivity of the speakers and the better
the transient. Generally speaking, it is the speaker It is easy to make a
sound, and the sound is not muddy. The permanent magnets of speakers on the
market mainly include AlNiCo, ferrite and NdFeB. The magnetic properties of
NdFeB are far superior to those of AlNi and ferrite. Especially for high-end
